  1. I'm curious, does anyone know how many boats--if any--continue heading west through the Parry Channel, through the McClure Straight and into the Beaufort Sea before heading south? Does anyone actually head out into the open Beaufort Sea after the McClure Straight, or would this be a suicide mission? Is it even possible?
